The student workers will assist clients with technology related issues such as setting up email on computers and smart phones, connecting devices to wifi, installing ECU software, and troubleshooting computer related issues.
They will also assist with checking a client's account and providing information to clients on how to reset their passphrase.
The students will also need to be responsible, committed to work, have good communication skills, have good note taking skills, have a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide good customer service.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
