This role may supervise the work of assigned quality personnel as needed.
Implement and supervise technical quality (i.
e.
, adherence to client, regulatory agency, and company requirements), and help to maintain harmonious client relations Communicate effectively with all labor grades, and contribute ideas that stimulate positive direction of business line personnel Serve as project Quality Manager on projects if necessary Maintain relationships with key internal and external Clients and external Quality community Typically manage personnel and provide an environment for the development and professional advancement of staff members, including on-the-job and formal training and development opportunities ,and timely performance feedback Other duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Ability to collaborate with Corporate Quality and Continuous Performance Improvement(Q&CPI) team and needed internal and external Fluor efforts to drive the required results of theinitiative as well as the status and progress of the effort Ability to effectively/positively/proactively communicate Q&CPI direction and approach insupport of the effort Ability to facilitate and support the Corporate Quality team in their efforts Recommended Skills Decision Making Performance Improvement Self Motivation Training Activities Communication Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
