Library Assistants.
This position will assist with maintenance of the general collection and special shifting projects.
Tasks will include:
-reshelving materials-cleaning, including dusting materials and shelves.
-reviewing the materials to ensure they are in call number order.
-shifting materials-Other duties to be determined by the supervisor as needed by the departmentStrong attention to detail is required.
The ability to work productively with limited direct supervision is required.
Employees must be able to bend, squat, climb, and reach; also, to lift and push library materials and operate computers.
Desired work hours will be between 12pm - 6pm, Monday-Friday.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.
