60) Description Under general supervision, performs basic clerical tasks, record keeping, data entry dispatching information over the GUC systems radio; performs basic office tasks, performs responsible communications work with internal and external customers.
Job Duties:
Processing customer inquiries and requests for service.
Sorting and routing incoming and outgoing mail for the department.
Maintaining cross-referenced customer files and other work management records.
Communicating effectively and efficiently with internal and external customers.
Assembling files and other materials as necessary.
Performing other clerical duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of clerical experience.
Six-months/one year of advanced study or training past the high school equivalency Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Valid Driver's License Anticipated work schedule Monday through Friday, 8:
