Project Management Summer Internship (Paid)

Job Description
As an intern, you will be fully embedded and entrenched in the creative process from brief through production. You will work with multiple teams across brands that encompass some of the most iconic, household names on creative opportunities across all platforms:
video (TV, online video), print, radio, digital and social. Interviews will take place virtually and on a rolling basis.
This paid, full-time internship will run June 3 “ August 2, 2024. The program is remote with the opportunity for hybrid.
We are looking for someone who is excited. Someone who loves to create and tell stories. We welcome and embrace candidates from non-traditional backgrounds “ college degrees are not required!
As a Project Management intern, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience by providing daily support with the guidance of senior team members including updating daily status reports and hot sheets, scheduling internal meetings, preparing timelines and project estimates.
- Develop relationships with cross-discipline project teams and support resource allocations.
- Generate and assess weekly financial reports and participate in internal billing meetings.
- Assist with management, quality assurance and delivery of all final campaign assets in preparation for trafficking and launch.
- Report to one of our Project Management leaders.
Qualifications
- You are a current student, graduate or career changer looking to enter a new industry. Anyone interested in gaining more experience in the creative field is encouraged to apply. No prior professional experience is required to apply. This role is intended to provide an entry-point for you into the industry, and we will develop your skills and experience along the way.
Additional Information
The hourly rate for this position is $18/hour.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
