We are seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our SHOP team in Farmville, NC.
In this role, you will be responsible for welding or fitting various metal pieces together to create a final product using the customer's specifications or drawings. The schedule for this position is M-Th 6am-4:45pm and F 6am-3:45pm plus overtime as needed with occasional Saturday work.

Your responsibilities as a Welder/Fabricator:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding codes to determine project specifications.
Operate welding equipment to cut, weld, and fabricate metal components/structures.
Fit up miscellaneous transitions at interfaces between equipment.
Use various tools, machinery, and equipment such as drills, grinder, saw, forklifts, boom lifts, etc.
Complete customer's needs on project, if it does not involve financial changes to the contract Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance.
Align, fit, measure, lay out and inspect parts, mark cutting lines, gather materials and operate machinery.
Welding in all positions
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
MIG Welder/Fabricator
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Welding certificate or Diploma
CNC Machine and/or Plasma Table experience
2
years of welding experience using hand and power tools to install or repair equipment.
Fabrication and shop experience preferred.
All candidates must have a valid driver's license, pass drug screen, and background checks.
Demonstrate ability to tactfully manage difficult situations.
Perform duties in an independent manner with minimal direction and supervision.
Must live within commuting distance of Farmville, NC

You are required to live within a reasonably commutable distance from our shop in Farmville, NC. If you do not currently reside near/in the Farmville/Greenville, NC area, are you willing to relocate?
