Associate Attorney (Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury)
Diener Law seeks to add an associate attorney in the Greenville office in the area of personal injury and/or workers compensation. The applicant must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina and be willing to travel to the firm's other locations as necessary. Please include a cover letter with resume.
Our ideal candidate will have:

years experience in personal injury or workers' compensation
- Ability to handle depositions, mediations, hearings and trials
- Excellent computer skills
We are a medium-sized firm in eastern North Carolina that advocates for the rights of the immigrant community, most of whom are Latino. We currently have seven locations including Greenville, Raleigh, Durham, Kenansville, Mount Olive, Smithfield and Snow Hill.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
